Scott Riese engine work

Sent a K&B .35 Greenhead to Scott for a muffler and clean up. It was bad EBay buy that had been butchered in an attempt to convert to an R/C motor and had internal problems as well.
Rebuild included straightening crank, replacing piston/liner, removing R/C carb (which had been glued in), making and installing venturi and NVA, and custom muffler and mounting strap.
Really nice work.

I also have had Scott Riese do some engine work for me. I have an old K&B 40 RC engine with an Irvine carb that Scott converted to CL for me. He fitted a new venturi and needle valve to my engine and also machined a tongue muffler for it. He does really nice work and the price was very fair. I am well satisfied.

The venturi, needle valve assembly, and tongue muffler machined by Scott came in at about $62 with shipping. A good value in my book.

The K&B engine had the old exhaust throttle hole in the stack. I make an adaptor to fit INSIDE the exhaust stack from one side to the other. One of my customers turned me on to this neat set-up. The Muffler with the Adaptor is $35, the Venturi is $7,50 Derlin, and $10 Aluminum. My Machining rate is $10 @ Hour for other services.

I starting to lose count of all the things Scott has done for me. Three or four Mufflers at least the same number of venturis. Polished a muffler and a landing gear for me. Man he made it look like jewelry, beautiful. I will continue to use his services. Thanks Scott
