Walter! you outdid yourself! The kit arrived yesterday and it arrived in excellent shape. Went thru the kit and was just amazed at the fine quality and great light weight wood. I was so curious about the top block (35") that I had to weigh it. My scale came out with 6 ounces! Beautiful CANOPY! All the laser cut plywood was exceptional and all parts are already falling out of the sheets. Love the plans and even took measurements. All parts seem to match up to the plan. As usual, an exceptional kit! Now I have to make room for it along with the other projects I have going. Thanks, Larry
The kit was what I've come to expect from Walter, excellant!! Now if I can get my shop done, I can build a couple of them.

I can't add much to Larry's description of the kit, so I'll comment on the "drop in" controls. A very nice touch. 4" bellcrank, leadouts are installed and bushed with brass tubing. Leadout wire is a little thicker than what I'm used to getting in a "regular" (Sig, Brodak, etc) kit but at the same time it seems "softer" if that makes sense. Would definitally be worth the money (~$44) just for the time saved over setting it up myself. As a beginner though, the bigger value to me is the education I got from looking at a professionally done CLPA control system.
