With that out of the way let's start:

Packaging-----Bullet Proof---Medium density cardboard box, Rib Set
sandwiched between two layers of styrofoam with any
remaining space taken up with bubble wrap, impossable
for anything to move and get damaged.
Info Sheet----Contains all info Tom feels you need to know about
this product.
Wood----------4#to 6# straight grained balsa, the best I have seen in
a long time. I checked the thickness of each sheet
because people have said in the past that it some-
times varies. I assure you that all the sheets are the
same. The wood is all 1/16".
Ribs----------Lazer Cutting is precise and all ribs match the plan
perfectly.
So far as a scale from 1 to 10 goes, Tom gets a big 10 for his efforts. He has kept me informed via many emails of the progress of this Rib Set from day 1, letting me know exactly how far along they were. Thank-You Tom.
