Digital Postal "Balsa" Scale

I picked up this scale at Staples the other day for $46.00 I had been searching for a decent electronic scale that will measure in grams as well as ounces. After comparing prices and features I settled on this particular model. To say I am pleased is an umderstatement. The scale is very compact and accurate. I verified the accuracy on some items I sold on ebay with the post office and the scale is dead nuts accurate. Perfect for weighing those sheets of Balsa or your model providing items do not weigh more than five pounds. Both oz or grams can be selected. What I like is the auto off feature should you leave it turned on. Uses a nine volt transistor battery so you don't have to worry about cords. Unit is very compact which makes easy to store. The unit also comes with an adapter ring to slide under the scale table to prevent un wanted pressure during storage. I give it a solid 4.5 stars out of five

And yes it is made in China, isn't everything?
