Rules. Connect all 9 dots with 4 straight lines. Once you start you can not back up and you can not lift your pencil from the paper.

Count the dots from left to right. First row 1,2,3. Second row 4, 5,6. Third row 7,8,9. take

Start the first line at dot number 1 and go directly to your right through dots 2 and 3 and go about half the distance between dots farther out. Turn 135 degrees down and make a straight line diagonally through dots 6 and 8, continuing on past until you are directly under dot number 7.
Now turn 135 degrees up and pass through dots 7, 4, and stop at 1. Now go diagonally from 1 to 5 to 9. You are done.

Four straight lines without lifting your pencil. All dots covered.
