Our contest notice is gone and it looks like theres some kind of time limit on the forum, is that right?

There is no time limit on the forum, although I do remove these after the event takes place. In this case the notice remains and the problem is with your own settings. I put a notice at the top of the forum because others have run into this problem as well.

Go to the user menu at the top of the forum. Then click on preferences on the left hand side. There you want to click on all available topics. The default is for one month and I need to do a hack and find this and just take it out. I have placed numerous notices on the forum for people to change this, but people keep missing it.

If your preferences are set for displaying only the last month's postings, then those that are posted earlier than that will not display when you bring that forum up.
