Bold, Italics & Underscore

Is there any way you could add font features like Bole, Italics and Underscore? Sometimes it would be helpful.

Hi Randy: Those features are there already!. When you write your message, you will see a line to the left of the message box that says "HTML Reference". Click on this for instructions, or click on the FAQ at the top of the forum for Frequently Asked Questions that include your question on HTML. Or click on "Reply With Quote" to this message to see how I did it.

Oh, and you can also increase font sizes like this if you want. Lots of things you can do if you want to play around with it.

Thanks Leonard, I figured it really had to be there somewhere, I seem to have a hard time with this stuff!

One more thing, when you are composing your message, you can hit preview before posting and this will show you how it will look. That way you can correct errors before posting. We all get lazy, however, and when we don't preview that's when we goof.

Oh, yes, and you can also add color like this .

Just be sure that you don't change the color of the text to white, or it won't seem to be there...even though it is!

If you click on the "reply with quote" option, you can see the html code that was used in this and the posts above. I do our website in html, so I remember some of the code, but sometimes use the "HTML Reference" on the left. It's not that hard to figure out, but it is somewhat difficult to find your mistakes. Leaving out the / or putting a } instead of a ] is my usual mistake. Seeing what the results are will give you a clue to the error you made. Always, always, always preview. Steve
