I'm having the same problem as Bill and getting sick of loging in all the time. So where do I find the cookies to delete them ???????

I have Windows 7 and am using Internet Explorer, but I don't know what you have. Different systems will have them in different locations.

It's not working !!! If I block the cookies it won't let me log in. This is turning into a real PITA

You can't block the cookies, you have to allow them. What I said was to delete the present cookies for Clstunt.com and www.clstunt.com and then when you log in it will generate a new one. The cookie is needed to identify you and set your preferences. It is not used for any other purpose (such as gathering information for use elsewhere.)
Just delete the cookies, then log back in, and a new cookie will appear. This is a fix for if you present cookie somehow got corrupted.

Well that didn't last long, I was logged in this morning but had to log in again just now. I give up !!

Well, if staying logged in is your problem, log in (as you are now) and the click on the "user Menu" icon that will appear at the top of the tob par in the forum. Click on Edit your Preferences" on the left hand side, and then make sure that you have checked to spot to remain logged in. If that spot isn't checked, then it won't happen.

That's been the problem, I have that checked to stay logged in. I have the cookies Allowed, When I logged in yesterday I checked to stay logged in but when I just turned on the computer and came to SSW I was NOT logged in. I had to log in to post this

Do you log out again? Maybe that is the problem. When you read all that you want, just leave. If you have checked the "Mark Stamp Feature" in your preferences (under the User Menu at the top of the forum) then click on the "Mark" icon before leaving. That way all new posts from that point on will be so marked when you return again.
The only time you should log out is when you are on someone else's computer. Otherwise just leave and return and you will be logged in.

I do not log out. If I have the computer on and go to different sites and come back it's OK and my Lap Top is fine. But my PC at home if I shut it off at night the next day I'll have to relog to post etc.

Do you have a clean up utility of any kind that is set to "clean up" your computer on a regular basis? I have one that will delete all of your cookies if you let it. (I don't let it.)

There is an Idle Time scan that I see pop up (I think it's Norton) but there is no effect on SH since I did the Allow Cookies stuff. I'll try looking around and see.

Some of these programs delete cookies either to "clean up space" or "remove traces of where you have been." I don't allow this process since this is what happens to me, also, if I do.
