Can I have a copy of the size and compress software too? (the free one)

I've been trying to post some pics and tried Irfanview software but couldn't get my machine to load the plugins to set the file size.

I'm presently reading the posts on here to try and get some knowhow.

This one I am going to need help on. I lost the hard drive on my old computer that had the compressed file on it, and all I have now is the unloaded program. Maybe I can post on the main forum to see if someone else to whom I sent it earlier has the file in compressed form.
