A way to mark the item SOLD ?

There need to be a way to let the SELLER mark their own thread item SOLD.
It would save me alot of looking if on the the front page it was clear the item was sold BEFORE looking through the entire thread.

Some of the users will edit the heading line to include SOLD on it. Others will add a reply of their own with the word sold on it. I try on these when I catch them to lock them down. I will eventually delete all posts after a period of time, but it might be good for me to put a note at the top asking all users to mark their listings as sold when they are.
