I posted a request in the classifieds, but I am hoping that more will see it here...

I am looking for kit plans or if anyone knows what Magazine it was published in and the year that it appeared. Probably sometime in the 40's.

Tom Wilk has this in his database of plans on CD, but needs to know what mag & year.

Rocketman on eBay has the kit for sale now but he wants $25 for a copy of plans... I am not saying that's not worth it, but I can't justify it at this time.

Phil,

Believe it or not, I am building one for a collector and have the plans which I will be glad to copy and send you for just the cost of same. It's a 1947 Kit (I use the word lightly). Can be built as either a pusher or puller. Contact me directly and I will be glad to share any information I have. Don't know about the Magazine publishing date. (Didn't know it was published)

Yeah, that's a "Dreamer".
Cleveland also made a design called the "Sharpie" that looked vaguely like a Bell XP-59.

I just received a reply from John Jacox of Cleveland Model & Supply Co. and he states "we may reissue the plan, complete with templates, later this year." So we'll see what happens...

He also does not believe it ever appeared in a magazine.
