Flying Venues Between Seattle and Muncie

I shall begin to mosey toward Muncie sometime during the weekend the WC starts, arriving at Muncie late in the week. I thought it would be fun to stop by a flying field or two on the way and practice a little. My route is flexible. Any suggestions on flying sites?

Wasn't there a thread here a year or so back which gave aerial views of many flying sites? Or was it/is it on the AMA site?

It was here. I have it book-marked at home but the last time I tried it it didn't work. It may have gotten lost in one of the server hiccups.

Just like you that time Nils had a contest and you let a GPS lead you around by the nose. Tell us again how you got from Seattle to Redmond, Oregon.

Or how about the time you missed the off-ramp to Clover Park due to watching the GPS? You didn't really get almost to Olympia before realizing your mistake. Did you?!?!

You have to come down to I-84 anyway. I`m about 15 minutes from there. So Come to Kaysville Utah. You could stay at my house. We have a nice guest room. Pat is coming in Friday for the day.It would be great to see you and spend the night or day flying. Anyway the offer is open to you and your wife.

Fargo North Dakota. A city maintained park, Two paved circles and one grass. The local club is FM Skylarks, contact MrMotor on these forums.

Look for club websites on Phil Brown's website. There's a club with a nice facility in Winipeg...since you like the scenic route. Or maybe it was Calgary, or Sturgis?

I would contact Winfred or Werwage....it seems to me that they wandered that way once to a Nats, and I would venture that Win freeloaded every mile.
