Norvel Radial Mount Backplate

Someone had posted a site for a backplate for the 1/2A Norvel engines that allowed radial mounting of the engine. I did a search and was unable to find that thread, so could someone please post that web site. I need this mount/backplate for the unlimited Musciano event. Thanks...
